What form of internal separation do I need?
IEC 61439-2 makes the form a matter of agreement between manufacturer and user, not a default. Form 2b is the common minimum on Egyptian commercial projects; Form 3b and 4b are specified where a feeder must be worked on while the rest of the board stays energised.
Which standard is the assembly verified against?
Assemblies are built to IEC 61439-1 and IEC 61439-2. Degrees of protection are declared to IEC 60529 (IP) and impact resistance to IEC 62262 (IK).
What do you need from me to price it?
A single-line diagram or a schedule of loads. With those an application engineer prices the actual assembly — cubicle arrangement, incomer and outgoing devices, form of separation, degree of protection and busbar rating — line by line.
